Police personals standing guard outside a Food & Supplies government building in Srinagar on Monday, 19 July 2010.The hardline faction of the Hurriyat Conference has called for a peace full protest by the govt employees to protest aganist the killings of 15 civilians by police & paramilitary soldiers. Hundreds of Police Personals were deployed around the government buildings in the Kashmir Valley to thwart a proposed march by the Employees.
