Members of Parliament from all the Left parties shout anti-Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government slogans at Parliament House in New Delhi on Thursday,06 September 2007. In protest against the current joint naval exercises with the US Navy taking place in the Bay of Bengal. Twenty-seven ships and submarines from the United States, Australia, Japan and Singapore have joined seven from host India off the Andaman’s archipelago in the Bay of Bengal for six-day maneuvers in the international exercises, codenamed Malabar, which started on the 04 September.
