The Two top ULFA leaders surrendered before the BSF, at Gokulnagar along the Indo-Bangla border on the intervening night of November 4 and 5, 2009.Demanding the unconditional release of the two underground leaders, ULFA chairman Arabanda Rajkhowa in an e-mail to the media today called for a bandh on Monday, 09th November 2009 and demanded that the two leaders be produced before the media to avoid missing like that in Bhutan.
