Protestors demonstrate outside India Prime Minister Manmohan Singh"s office in New Delhi on Tuesday, 04 May 2010. Dozens of survivors on Tuesday gathered to file "Right to Information" requests regarding the civil nuclear liability bill and its relationship with the lessons of the Union Carbide disaster in Bhopal, according to non-governmental organisations (NGO) "Bhopal Group for Information and Action" and "Children against Dow Carbide". Under the "Right to Information act", citizens may request the release of information from a government body, who then will be required to respond within 30 days.
