Kashmiri Muslim protesters shouting pro-freedom slogans as they too out on the streets during the curfew in Srinagar on Monday, 02 August 2010, Police and paramilitary troops enforced a strict curfew in Kashmir after three days of violent clashes between protestors and security forces that left ten people dead. Riot police were out in large numbers on the streets of Srinagar, and other areas that have witnessed a rolling series of violent protests over the past two months. A total of 25 civilians, most of them young men in their teens or early 20s, have died in the clashes with security forces.
