Commonwealth Games Federation chief Michael Fennell got a taste of the problems facing the troubled New Delhi showpiece as heavy rain Thursday flooded roads and caused traffic chaos across the city. Fennell, on a two-day tour of the Indian capital set to host the Games from October 3 to 14, visited most venues on Wednesday and was spending Thursday holding meetings with senior officials.
