CRPF Personal stop Horse cart during curfew at Safa Kadal Chowk in Srinagar on Friday. Authorities imposed curfew to foil the Hurriyat Conferences Idgah Challo protest march and in apprehension of protests over Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s heckling by activists of some Hindu organization in a seminar at Chandigrh in north India. No vehicular movement was allowed in the downtown area of Srinagar city, while most people in other half of the city remained indoors.
