Police men try to detain members of All Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association (AJKHA) during a protest to mark World Disability Day at Rajbagh in Srinagar, the summer capital Jammu and Kashmir. Police detained nearly a dozen members of AJKHA as they were trying to reach the office of UNMOGIP to hand over a memorandum highlighting their demands. The objective of the World Disability Day is to promote rights of disabled people by including them in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life in Srinagar on Friday
