Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso delivers a lecture in New Delhi, on Saturday, 02 April 2011. On Non-violence and spiritual values in a secular India during the birth centenary of eight President of India R. Venkataraman according to the media reports last month the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso asked his Tibetan deputies to relieve him of his political duties and elect a leader of the community as his successor.
