Chefs from a Five-Star hotel & the Indian Culinary Forum prepare some 342.5 kgs of Baingan ka Bharta, a traditional Indian dish made from eggplant, during the Cook off event organised by Greenpeace for a record attempt in Limca Book of Records in New Delhi on Tuesday, 06 September 2011.A portion of the bharta, along with a petition with over 100,000 signatures, was handed over to the Prime Minister by a delegation of citizens endorsing non-genetically modified food.
