Rajapakse is in India for a four-day visit, during which he will hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh when the two leaders are expected to discuss steps taken for early resettlement and rehabilitation of displaced Tamils and ways to enhance co-operation between India and Sri Lanka.
