Construction workers work on the site of the residential complex of the Commonwealth Village being constructed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in partnership with private builder Emaar MGF in New Delhi on Sunday,27 January 2008.The Indian capital is hosting the 2010 Commonwealth games and the New Delhi government plans to build new flyovers to decongest the crowded roads, renovate the airport, construct new stadium and a Games village that will be converted into a residential complex after the event.
