Security personnel inspect the blast site at Jyoti Kuchi area in Guwahati on Tuesday, 31 March 2009. One person was killed and 15 others were injured in a powerful bomb blast at a busy market in Jyoti Kuchi area of Guwahati city. The explosion occurred where the senior Congress leader and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee was supposed to address an election rally.
