CRPF personnel pays floral tribute to Leela Kanta Kalita, CRPF jawan who was killed in Dantewada Maoists" attack on the arrival at the LGBI Airport in Guwahati on Thursday,08 April 2010. A total of 76 personnel were killed in the deadliest attack by Maoists in the dense Mukrana forest of Dantewada district in Chhattisgarh on Tuesday 6th April 2010 morning. The team led by Deputy Commandant Satyawan Singh (48) and Assistant Commandant B L Meena (30) were among other 82 personnel who were caught in an ambush by left-wing extremists.
