The Left and United National Progressive Alliance (UNPA) leaders come out from Rashtapati Bhavan after submitting a memorandum against the government"s decision to jettison the monsoon session of the Parliament in New Delhi on Tuesday, 09 September 2008. UNPA and Left Leaders demanded that the monsoon session of the Parliament should be immediately convened and the winter session must, as is the practice, convene in the second half of November.
