Mohamed ElBaradei, Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) shares a light moment with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after receiving Indira Gandhi National Award for Peace at Rashtapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Wednesday, 30 September 2009. ElBaradei received the award for his impassioned opposition to the use of nuclear energy for military purposes and his steadfast espousal of the peaceful use of nuclear energy, sustained over many years.
