Harshad Prakash Chavan shows victory sign after he stood first in the Mumbai division with 96.67 per cent in Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) board exam at Swami Vivekanand Junior College in Mumbai on Thursday, 04 June 2009. Harshad Prakash Chavan also stood first among the vocational course students. Out of the total 2, 38, 321 students 1, 86, 351 passed the HSC examination successfully.
