A terrorist belonging to the outlawed Manipuri militant organization Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) Rajkumar Raghunath Singh being produced before media after he was arrested by Delhi police special cell from South Extension in south Delhi, New Delhi on Sunday, 28 June 2009. Singh was wanted for many cases of murder, extortion, kidnappings and unlawful activities in Manipur.
