Crowd at New Delhi railway station after the Delhi Police Special Cell arrested a man suspected to be a LeT operative in New Delhi on Tuesday, 25 August 2009. Police claimed to have recovered 5 kg explosives, four detonators and two timers from the LeT operative. The explosives were meant to carry out major attacks in the state of Maharashtra or in Mumbai.
