Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Education, Employment, Workplace Relations and Social Inclusion Julia Gillard arrives for the press conference in New Delhi on Monday,31 August 2009. Gillard is in India for a five day visit and she said Australia has "zero tolerance" for racial attacks on Indian students on its soil and denied that such incidents led to decrease in number of students enrolling in universities in the country.
