Suspended police officer and encounter specialist Daya Nayak appears in the Sessions Court in Mumbai on Monday,20 February 2006. The special court rejected his bail application today and he is being sent to Bhoiwada police custody. Daya will be produced in the court on Tuesday by ACB for further remand.
