Flowers bloom in the Mughal Gardens at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Wednesday, 13 February 2013. The 15 acre area of the Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhawan was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens & will be open for the annual public viewing from February 15.
