Tourism Minister Nawang rigzing Jora and Minister of Home Nasir Aslam Wani flagged off during the 2011 Mughal Rally car race organised by the Tourism department and Himalayan Motor Sport Association in Srinagar on June 26, 2011. Some 72 vehicles participated in the rally.
