Satnam Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of Power Finance Corporation (PFC) addresses during the announcement of company’s Q2 FY10 results in Mumbai on Tuesday, 27 October 2009. Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Ltd has announced that it will carve out two new companies from April 1, 2010. These companies would be 100% subsidiaries of PFC. One company would deal with the business of syndicating & consortium lending while the other company would look after.
