India"s government is attempting to placate a famed yoga guru whose plan to start an anti-corruption hunger strike on June 4, has piled pressure on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Ramdev, who has erected a huge tent in the capital where he plans to fast in front of thousands of followers, has vowed to stop eating unless Prime Minister Manmohan Singh accedes to all of his demands.
