A Delhi court grants bail to British nationals Stephen Hampton and Steven Ayres, from Bristol who were charged by police for allegedly recording the conversation between pilots and Air Traffic Control in New Delhi on Tuesday, 23 February 2010. A metropolitan magistrate granted bail to the duo after furnishing a personal and surety bond of Rs.10, 000 each. The two, Stephen Hampston, 46, and Steve Martin, 55, were detained from Radisson Hotel near the Delhi airport last week after the hotel staff called the police about their activities. A case under the Telegraph Act, Section 20 (read with Section four) was registered against them Sunday.
