A suspected militant of the Bangladesh-based Harkat-ul-Jihadi Islami (HUJI) was arrested by the Delhi police and 3.1 kg of deadly RDX, five detonators and a sophisticated timer device was recovered following his questioning, eight days after serial blasts rocked Jaipur claiming 65 lives.
