During the recent Lok Sabha elections, four major political parties had included disability issues in their political manifestos. Despite all the efforts, one of the first bills being tabled by the Lok Sabha has excluded children with disabilities. This can be corrected if the phrase children with disabilities are included in the bill – Chapter 1 Clause 2(d).
