Ashrat Ansari, accused of 2003 Zaveri Bazar and Gateway of India blast case being taken to produce at a POTA special court in Mumbai on Monday, 27 July 2009. The three accused Ashrat Ansari, Mohammad Hanif and his wife Fehmida were convicted of plotting with LeT two coordinated blasts in Mumbai in August 2003 that killed more than 50 people and injured more than 200. They were held guilty under the provisions of Indian Penal Code - 120 (b), 302, 307 besides section 3(4), 393) and 4 (b) of POTA.
