Girls walking under the Umbrella during Kashmir valley witnessed yet another chilly day as rains greeted the people in plains while snowfall was recorded in the higher reaches of valley, in Kashmir on Thursday, 24 February 2011. The day temperature went down by many notches and movement of people was also affected.
