Activists of the All Rabha Students’ Union (ARSU) along with All Rabha Women Council (ARWC) and Sixth Schedule Demand Committee (SSDC) jointly organized a mass rally demanding Inclusion of Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council (RHAC) into the sixth Schedule of the Indian Constitution, Implement of the Rabha Accord of 1995 and its amendments Acts, 2001 and 2005 and hold the Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council (RHAC) election immediately and appoint the Rabha Language teachers in L.P.Schools in the state, at Dudhnoi Public playground in Goalpara District in Guwahati on Saturday, 12 December 2009.
