Pintu Singh, the alleged shooter in the 2006 murder of Congress leader Pawanraje Nimbalkar remanded CBI custody till June 24 after produced at Panvel Court in Panvel on Wednesday, 17 June 2009. The custody of Pintu Singh was taken by CBI from the Uttar Pradesh Police. He has been accused of killing Nimbalkar and his driver Samad Kazi on June 3, 2006 at Kalamboli in Navi Mumbai.
