A Father of 20 year old student Manzoor Ahmad Wagay Walling at his body.manzoor was shot dead 4 by Army troops in Chogul Handwara, northwest of Srinagar on February 5, 2011. Army spokesman J.S. Brar said in a statement that the army regretted Magray"s death but added that "troops fired after he paid no heed to their signal to stop.
