Suspected Lashkar-E-Toiba (LeT) Militant Mukhtiar Ahmed Khan belongs to Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir being brought to be produced before court in New Delhi on Wednesday,13 June 2007.He was arrested at the Azadpur fruit market with 1.5 kg RDX.
