Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao along with Defence Secretary Pradeep Kumar welcomes Japan"s Administrative Vice-Minister of Defence Kimito Nakae and Deputy Foreign Minister Kenichiro Sasae prior to their meeting at Hyderabad House, in New Delhi on Tuesday, 06 July 2010. The dialogue mechanism announced during the visit of the then Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama in 2009, will review the entire gamut of foreign and defence policies of the two countries.
