Priyanka Roy a cadre of 709 Battalion of ULFA militant with other 44 terrorists from the northeast India namely ULFA (32), KLNLF (6), NDFB (5), MULTA (1) and PLFM (1) surrendered before the GOC of Red Horns Division of Indian Army at Rangiya in Assam on Saturday, 28 February 2009.
