British Prime Minister Gordon Brown named Laskhar-e-Taiba militants as responsible for the Mumbai attacks, backing India"s accusations against the Pakistan-based group. Brown arrived in India late December 13 ahead of talks with his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh following last month"s terrorist attacks on Mumbai that left 172 people dead, including nine gunmen.
