Indian disabled girls dressed in traditional attires attend events at India Gate (All India War Memorial) on World Disability Day in New Delhi Monday, 03 December 2007. Disabled people from different organizations, schools from all over the country participated at the celebrations at India Gate. The International Day of Disabled Persons aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities
