Pravin Mahajan ,brother of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary Pramod Mahajan being produced in the court at Bhoiwada,Mumbai on Wednesday, 04 May 2006. following Pramod Mahajan"s demise Pravin will now be charged with murder under section 302.Pravin was earlier charged witth attempt to murder under Section 307.
