Delegates to the 9th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World pay floral tributes in memory of the victims of the Mumbai terror attack at the memorial of freedom leader Mahatma Gandhi in New Delhi,on thursday. The annual conference is scheduled from 12 to 14 Decemeber 2008 in the northern Indian city of Lucknow.
