The two children, aged three and one were removed from their parents care in May last year by the Norway's Child Protection Services (CPS) after the agency deemed that the toddlers were not receiving proper care at their home. The parents, Anurup and Sagarika Bhattacharya who are in Norway have rejected the allegation and are fighting the battle to return to India with their children.
