Former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger addresses during the Inauguration of 12th Delhi Sustainable Development Summit (DSDS) 2011 in New Delhi on Thursday, 02 February 2012. The 12th edition of the DSDS focusing on theme ‘Protecting the Global Commons: 20 Years Post Rio' was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
