Chairman of NCSC Dr. Buta Singh with members and officials of the National Commission for Schedule Castes presented Second Annual Report (2005-2006), Third Annual Report (2006-2007), Supplementary Report to Fourth Report and Special Report (AIIMS) of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes to the President of India Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtapati Bhavan on Wednesday, 19 May 2010.
