A group of Indian parliamentarians and civil society members visited Tufail Matoo"s house in Srinagar on Friday, 03 December 2010. The 14-year old Matoo was the first to be killed by a tear smoke shell fired by police and subsequently triggered the summer protests that saw at least 111 people mostly teenagers and youths killed during protests.
